Refund Policy

Individual consultations

If you cancel an appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, you may choose to reschedule your appointment or request a refund of the consultation fee.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once without an additional charge.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, are normally non-refundable and may be charged at the full appointment fee.

Genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.

Coaching programmes & packages

If you purchase a multi-session or coaching programme and wish to cancel before the programme has started, please contact Vivora Nutrition as soon as possible.

Where a programme has already started, any refund will take into account consultations, personalised work, resources or other services that have already been provided.

Sessions already completed are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the circumstances and the terms under which the programme was purchased.

Digital products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, refunds may not normally be available once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded where the client has expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the effect this has on their cancellation rights.

If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact Vivora Nutrition so the issue can be resolved.

If Vivora Nutrition cancels

If Vivora Nutrition needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment.

If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the amount paid for the affected appointment will be refunded.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
