My story
Food changed my life. Now I help it change yours.
I didn't always have a healthy relationship with food. My journey to becoming a nutritionist started with my own struggles — and that's exactly why I understand yours.
About me & Where it began
For years, I thought I was doing the right things when it came to food. Like so many women, I tried different diets, followed the latest health advice and cut out foods I was told were “bad” for me. But there was always something new to try and another opinion telling me what I should or shouldn’t be eating. I wanted to feel healthy and comfortable in my own body, but I never really understood what my body was trying to tell me. It wasn't until I started studying nutrition properly that I understood why. The way we eat is deeply personal. It's shaped by our history, our lifestyle, our stress levels, our gut health, and a hundred other factors that a generic meal plan simply can't account for. But before I could truly understand this professionally, I experienced it for myself. I spent years feeling constantly bloated and confused about why my body reacted the way it did, even when I thought I was eating well. Going through my own nutrition journey allowed me to understand my body in a way I never had before — to stop simply focusing on what I was eating and start understanding why my body was responding the way it was. That experience completely changed the way I looked at nutrition. I realised that feeling better isn't about following the strictest diet or eating perfectly. It's about learning to understand your own body, recognising what works for you, and building healthier habits that actually fit into your life. That's why I created Vivora - to help women just like myself. If you see a little of yourself in my story, I'm here to help you find your way, one small step at a time.

From My Journey to Yours
Vivora was created from that philosophy. By combining my professional nutrition knowledge, first-hand experience and the experience I've gained supporting clients through their own transformations, I’ve developed an approach that goes far beyond simply handing someone a meal plan. My focus is on understanding each woman as an individual — her lifestyle, habits, challenges and goals — and giving her the knowledge, structure and ongoing support she needs to create meaningful, lasting change. I want every client to understand not only what to do, but why we’re doing it, so she can become more confident in understanding her own body and making choices that support her long-term health. What began as my own journey has become the foundation of Vivora: personalised nutrition, education and sustainable change — designed around you.
